I came to Jim's IT recently looking for a custom PC build, and laptop repair for my wife. The service was impeccable, they went out of their way to assist with my queries and concerns - the only IT company I've engaged with who actually took the time to explain how custom PC builds work, and I've left with a lot of valuable knowledge! For the laptop repair, I was previously quoted $500 to fix the overheating issue; At Jim's, I received this fix for FREE as it was simply just a dusty fan, and not actual issues with the internal components!

Hired Brad to diagnose an issue with a nephews laptop, and the service was great. His team were able to collect the pc, diagnose and repair the issues and return it in less than a handful of days, and at a reasonable price. Communication throughout was great, very satisfied.

I just call for helping me install the window OS on my Old computer hard drive cause it is not detected, and the price he told me for install OS 179$, actually i can do my self but i don't have time for it and went he give my pc back but the price is 425$ including GTS, I'm not sure about it is 179$ for install win and half of it is finding problem cause My pc is 15 years old and I use normally every day, I know the problem is hard drive not detected and there was an issue in BIOS version update but 425$ just reinstalled Window 11 with HDD hard drive, that price can use to buy a new mainboard and CPU, as a international student. I hope you guys consider the price for fixing software or reinstalling Operating system but thanks anyway for helping me to install windows 11.
